Association Germano-Camerounaise pour la Recherche Historique (AGECARH)

AGECARH is an association of Cameroonian and German scholars working on German colonialism, either in Germany or in Cameroon. The idea for such an association was conceived during the conference "Politique de la mémoire coloniale/politics of colonial memory" in Yaoundé in October 2003. AGECARH was formally founded as a registered NGO in Yaoundé in February 2004.
